The Southeastern provinces: unit price 35,000vnd / order (less than 1 kg), For orders of over 1kg, every additional kilogram will be counted as 10,000vnd / kg
The Southwestern provinces: unit price of 35,000vnd / order (less than 1 kg), For orders of over 1kg, every additional kg will be calculated as 10,000vnd / kg.
The Central Highlands and Central country provinces: unit price 35,000vnd / order (under 1 kg), For orders of over 1kg, every additional kg will be calculated as 20,000vnd / kg
Northern provinces: unit price 35,000vnd / order (less than 1 kg), For orders of over 1kg, every additional kg will be calculated as 25,000vnd / kg

1.3 DELIVERY TIME:
➢ Delivery time will be from 1 to 7 days depending on shipping distance. In some cases, La Xanh can delay delivery due to force majeure conditions such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle damage on the delivery road, and problems during the shipment. 1.4 LIABILITY FOR TRANSPORTED GOODS
➢ Transport service of La Xanh or La Xanh designated will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of goods during the process of transporting goods from our warehouse to you.
➢ You are responsible for checking the goods on delivery. When damaged, scratched, broken, deformed, or wrong goods are detected, sign the delivery status with the Delivery Personnel and notify customer service at Hotline of Is La Xanh

1.5 OTHER CONDITIONS
✡ If the delivery address is not clear, located in an alley, or in dangerous places, hilly areas, difficult transportation means, La Xanh may refuse to transport, deliver goods direct.
✡ In cases of force majeure, due to natural disasters, floods, damage to ferries, etc., Green is not responsible for compensation for damages arising from improper delivery or failure to transport goods to the location. as agreed with the customer.
In case La Xanh is transported to the place of delivery as agreed upon at the time of purchase, but for some reason the customer requires returning the goods, then the customer must bear the shipping costs according to the tariff Of La Xanh.
✡ For heavy and bulky products that need to be transported to the floor without an elevator, please ask the customer for assistance in delivery.
✡ On special days or festivals due to limited transportation policies (prohibiting roads for some vehicles …) delivery time may vary, La Xanh will call customers to unified delivery time.
